We just got back from the Closing Gala at this year’s eBay Live, which was held at McCormick Place in Chicago. The musical guest was Chris Isaak! I am a big Chris Isaak fan and he did a great job. I was a bit miffed he did not play “Can’t Do A Thing (To Stop Me)”. He did play “San Francisco Days” and “Somebody’s Crying” so I guess that made up for it. We were able to get very close to the stage and had a great view for the entire concert, which lasted for well over an hour. It was probably closer to an hour and a half. Chris Isaak wore two crazy suits – one was red with flames and the other was mirrored. Like Rob said, “anyone can wear a rhinestone suit, but mirrors? That’s cool.” Here are some pictures I took tonight and also a video clip. Enjoy!

Thanks so much for sharing the pics and the video. We had to leave the gala before he played because we were headed back to st.louis. Went to the seminar on blogging so just learning what’s new about blogging and did a search for ebay Live and there you were. GREAT find, great blog.
