Wow, fantastic. Did the loaf pans cook up the breads same way?

They cook up almost the same. The Pyrex pan makes it a little denser. The other pan is wider and deeper so I added more batter to that one. Luckily, they are both of similar material so they usually bake up pretty consistently with one another.
