You’re welcome Vicki. Thanks for the good wishes with our move.

Let me know how the cookies turn out when you make them. They are so yummy! I’m sure you’ll like them because you like coconut already. I make the cookie dough in my Kitchen Aid mixer and just mix the chocolate chips in by hand at the end. If you can find it, Flavorganics makes an excellent coconut extract. I buy it at Whole Foods.

Nice cup and plate set. Very wonderful. When i saw your lovely scones and the title of your blog entry, i thought NEEDS MORE CHIPS! :o) I would also add dried cranberries probably if i made them. Not that i bake much! But i love what you made, looks so good. Your godmother has excellent tastes, and it appears she knows your tastes quite well. Wonderful!

GMTA Kleo. Next time I’m definitely adding way more chocolate chips. I was also thinking after I get those perfected, I wanted to make cranberry scones, probably with a little orange zest too mixed in. You’re a mind reader today LOL

Lovely scones! And the snack set is adorable as well. The idea of a little spot for your teacup is awesome.
