That is so fun, the South Park gal. I haven’t watched that show for years (no TV) but i remember when it first came out and i did love it! The guys behind that show are fairly brilliant.
Tangy, spicy ‘n’ sweet apricot sauce on tofu. Now THAT’s different. Sounds really good!

You can make your own apricot sauces easily with a Champion juicing machine, a pinch of ascorbic acid, and some sugar. See The Jamlady Cookbook (Pelican Publishing, 2004) for Tangy Apricot Butter which also can be made as a sauce.
