Oh yeah! I always wanted to see what ‘Hot Pockets’ were but obviously never have been able to. So cool to make yer own. I am drooling at the cheez headin’ out of the one half yours on the left in that last photo. You make it look so cheezy… and easy!!

Yum. It’s funny, almost every culture has its own version of this dish: calzones (italina), piergies (Polish), bierocks (German), pasties (English), etc…

My kids will love you forever… I will be making these and other versions of these for their lunches! It’s like a mini calzone. delish!!

Thanks much-ly! When I’ve missed hot pockets since I went back to the veggie life. Your recipe couldn’t have come at a better time, since I’m trying to find a way to make more “convenience foods” that my boyfriend will eat. (He’s not vegetarian…yet.) 🙂

You’re welcome Courtney 🙂 I hope your boyfriend likes them. They’re pretty easy to make and they reheat like a champ. My husband, he’s a vegan, loves to take a hot pocket for lunch. I can make a batch up on the weekend, we’ll use up 2 for dinner, and then he’s got lunch for 4 days. He doesn’t mind eating them a few days in a row. I’ve gotten rave reviews on hot pockets too from omni’s, including my family and some of my husband’s co-workers at his previous job.
