    I haven’t had baked tofu in a long time (just been trying other things I guess). I have two cartons in my fridge that need to be cooked up before they go bad so maybe this will be a good way to use them. Mmmmm. Everything looks delish!

    That is a cool house. I like my salads to be abundant too, falling off the plate abundant just like yours 🙂

    When I saw the picture of the house (before reading) I noticed that there were building supplies in front of it. My heart started pumping faster and I anticipated hearing about the great deal you got on an awesome fixer upper. Darn, but it is a really cool house. 🙂

    FLW and FLW-inspired edifices are so incredible. He was a genius! That is a gorgeous home indeed. And what a view down the road. To be so close to such beauty, and to Canada, that is tres bien!

    Love everything in that food photo! The crispy tofu must have been fantastic. What would you (will you?) do differently about/wtih the sauce that you were just kinda so-so on? I’m so-so on tahini in general… Toasted sesame seeds! YUMMY!

    Oh. My. Goodness. I love FLW. I actually have a road trip all planned out, from southeast PA to central/south CA and back that is based on his architecture. Of course, your neck of the woods is included, as is Talieson West, Falling Water, and the concrete houses in CA. I’ve got maps and places of interest all along the way…. Sigh. One day. I’m totally adding you to the itinerary, by the way 😉
