Arrrrrrrrrrgh! I likes your pumpkin, and so ye knows, now i’m going to carve me up a Pirate stew. Arrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!

I haven’t had pumpkin seeds in YEARS. I like your pix and the instructions to make ’em. Still wondering about the nutrition… protein-packed are they??!! I need to just look it up already!

Way to save some for Rob. Such a sweetie. Even fave foods taste better when shared (not TOO generously though… ha ha ha) with the one you love.

That is an amazing cake. I’m like flabbergasted. And i never even played that video game (that is what Super Mario is, right?), but i guess those are all characters from it. Unbelievable. And not gross like that meat “cake” for a vegetarian i posted a while back!

ARGH! Time to walk the plank… i mean Mattie!

I had to check out the cake link and found the link to the chef’s website. Unbelievable. If you haven’t gone to her site, check it out. http://www.gateaux-inc.com/weddingcakes/weddingcakes.htm I’m in awe!

Oooh! the pumpkin seeds look good! I do it the way you do, but somehow yours look so perfect!

I love the Mario wedding cake! Lol! What a fun couple who chose that one! I love looking at cakes ike that and write to the companies to see if they make vegan ones. So far, no one does. (not the super fancy ones anyhow with scenes and stuff.) 😦

I love roasted pumpkin seeds. I just bought a pumpkin last night so I am hoping to do some pumpkin baking and roast the seeds. Thanks for the dip on soaking them… why didn’t I think of that?

Karen, ha ha, loved the funny pirate comment, especially the last line. And yes that is Super Mario on that cake. I can’t believe you’ve never played Super Mario Bros. And I got a chuckle about sharing ..but not too generously. LOL My mom did ask Rob if he got some pumpkins seeds!!!

Sara, loved your pirate comment too!!

VV, I didn’t even see the chef’s web site. Thanks for posting that. Those cakes are amazing, especially the Japenese Art Deco and Pagoda ones. Wow!

Candi, Awww, thanks for your nice comment about my pumpkin seeds. And I agree, it’s hard finding decorated vegan cakes. I’m not talented when it comes to cake decorating but my husband’s former co-worker made beautiful cakes. I’m always in awe of people who can do that sort of thing.

Mikaela, hee hee, thanks for your sweet comment.

Melissa, you’re welcome for the tip. Good luck with your pumpkin seed roasting and pumpkin baking. I hope you’ll blog about it 😀
