Oh sweet- apple turnovers and mulled cider! I should go make some right now! Don’t worry, your “runt” cider still looks fabulous. Oh and I love the Vegan Dinner site- what a great idea.

Hi Bazu, thanks for the comment on my runt turnover 🙂 For some reason, your comments keep getting held for approval. I have no idea why and it seems to be singling you out. I’ll see if I can fix it. I’m sorry about that. I’ll just keep manually approving them until it stops doing this.

Have I ever mentioned how much I LOVE apples? I think it’s a sickness. 🙂

Your turnover looks great! I was thinking of trying something with Crescent rolls (accidentally vegan!) as I’m afraid of puff pastry.

That dinner site is really really cool…

Nikki, I’m with you on the love for apples. I just love this time of year and getting to visit all the apple orchards. I used to fear puff pastry too until recently. It’s not as scary as you think 🙂

Diann, You bet! I’ll definitely post pics when I make them.

Vicki, Glad the pumpkin seeds turned out great. That’s too funny we’re on the same wavelength about three things no less! Great minds really do think alike 😀

For my mom’s birthday, the whole family (siblings and kiddies) load up and go to the orchard and pumpkin farm to enjoy fall – it’s this weekend and I’m so excited!
