Those spinach pies look great and for that price, so much cheaper than making them (less trouble too). Are they filled with spinach/feta?

YUM! Those spinach pies look great! For that price, I’d definitely be buying them instead of trying to make them! I could never have them look that pretty if I made them! Lol!

I love your estate sale finds. I would love to do that. Do you buy pieces you love, or do you know the value of them offhand? I’d have NO idea what was good and what was junk…I’d just buy the things I thought were pretty. Lol! I love those candle sticks! Wooden too? Wow! Your place must be SO colorful and fun if you have decorations like this around! 🙂

Those pies look amazing! Are they as delicious as they look?

The S&P shakers look like Fiesta. The other pieces are nice bargains too (I’m partial to blue). I haven’t been “junking” in so long. Fortunately my parents go a lot and will pick up pieces for me here and there. It’s getting harder and harder to find bargains. You are a great shopper!

Midwest Vegan, they’re filled spinach, a little bit of onion, lemon juice and some other seasonings. I love not having to fuss with making them at home. They used to be even cheaper several years ago. Around $5 for 6 spinach pies but as with everything, the prices have gone up. They do make Spinach/Feta ones too but I don’t eat cheese.

Candi, those are my thoughts exactly. Mine would never come out looking so perfect either LOL As for going to the sales, I buy what I love. However, I do know the general values of a lot of items, so if I see a deal that’s fantastic, I can snatch it up and sell it on eBay, which gives me more funds to buy what I love and want to keep 😀 You’re right on the money about our place being colorful. Rob and I don’t like white walls (we do have some white ceilings). I look for accent pieces when I go sales that will mesh with our room colors 🙂

Atxvegan, They taste even better than they look 😀 That’s so sweet your parents will pick up pieces for you at sales. I totally agree about it being harder and harder to find bargains. I tend to stick to estate sales because there is there is a lot more items for sale than at garage sales. Plus, there is a better chance I’ll find something I like. Some sales are just outrageously priced. We’ve actually been to a few estate sales were the people put comparable eBay listings next to the items to “justify” their prices. The funny thing is they aren’t using completed auction listings but current listings….so people aren’t actually paying those prices on eBay. LOL

    Hi again!

Thanks for explaining your estate-trip info! I think it sounds fun to estate shop and sell on e*bay when you know the values of the items! Yes, it gives you spending money for the ones you love! 🙂

Yes, I can just imagine how gorgeous and colorful your place must be! I love color and agree with you on the white walls thing! I think it ‘s energizing to have bright colors around!
