The soup looks yummy – I even like the bowl with the handle. The elk are so cute. The one you got the close up of looks so soft I just want to pet her! I’ll have to look that place up and have my parents take J and I when they visit over the summer. Your pizza bagels look very tasty, too! I bet that herb blend makes all the difference.

That salad looks great, I wish I didn’t like salad dressing, I always use too much. And the pizza bagels! Yum!

Sweet Tomatoes was one of our favorite recipes in Orlando. It was a great place to go with my omni friends because we could all eat rather cheaply and healthy.

What a great restaurant.. it’s so nice to hear of a chain restaurant committed to healthy food that is fresh and vegan friendly.

That salad is so huge! It looks great, you can enjoy it longer! But not get as full as if you were eating something heavier.

I loved sweet tomatoes in Florida, but we don’t have one here! =( In California, the same chain (I think?) was called Souplantation. It’s good to hear they are bringing out vegan soups! For me, happiness is a soup and salad bar- ever since I was a kid, they’ve been my favorite restaurants. I can honestly say salads are my favorite food. Mmmmmm.

I like the tofutti moz slices. I find they taste very similar to the “real thing”. I put them on pizzas, quesedillias, which are really the only things I miss cheese on. I like the vegan gourmet stuff too, but I find the tofutti slices last longer since I only need a bit at a time…: )

OMG, Emmy. This is so amazing. Peter and i went to Souplantation (same as Sweet Tomatoes!) last night! Hadn’t been there in MONTHS. Oh that is Twilight Zone music if ever i heard it. WOW!! That’s just freaky freaky. And i love it. We ate GOOD there. We were soooooo hungry. We ran and worked out, then went to see the movie “Zodiac,” which is just over 2 1/2 hours…

LOVE the pizza bagels. Those really look awesome. Nicely done!

The elk photos are wonderful. I do so love animals. ALL animals. Very wonderful to see them. Thank you for sharing.

Your salad looks amazing. It’s nice to hear that a chain restaurant lists veggie options, as well as vegan. Your little bagel pizzas look yummy too.

I must be in the minority because I dont really like sweet tomatoes. I went to soup plantation one too many times in cali. The salads were good, but some of the soups were too salty and the muffins sucked. Btw, you find the BEST books. Where do you keep them all?
