So glad you’re blogging again! I was getting worried about you ;o)

Glad you’re having such a busy summer. Those tomatoes are beautiful! Lucky you. We’ve hardly had any rain here and the only thing really growing in my garden are the zucchini, and a small bunch of cherry tomatoes. All the lawns in my neighbourhood are brown. :o(

Glad you’re back. My town sounds like Aurora’s. No rain and everything is drying up. Nearby towns have been getting notices that they’re only allowed to water one day a week. Anyway, I’m glad someone’s garden is growing. The insane-o plant sounds awesome. THat eggplant marinara looks so chunky and dcelicious. I’m printing out the recipe right now.

    I love Temptations Ice Cream!
Hope your doing ok with all the storms & rain. We’ve had them here pretty bad but not as bad as around Chicago.
The Riverwalk where I normally run is flooded.

Lovely to see you here again – I don’t often comment (or have I ever here?), but I DO like to read!!! Don’t disappear again, please, and I’ll try to be visible here too in return! Hugs from another (sometimes absent) blogger.

Thanks for all the lovely comments everyone 🙂

Aurora’s Mom and VV, I wish I could send some of this rain we have been having here to you both. We’ve had so much rain it has caused flooding problems in some areas this past week.

Randi, just copy and save the image to your blog and honor some of your favorite Rockin’ Girl Bloggers

Selina, we had some really nasty storms where we are. It took Rob two hours to get home from work on Thursday. I ended up hanging around work for another 40 minutes, waiting for the storms to ease up, before I headed out. We had high winds, heavy rains, and a lot of thunder and lightning. The storms wrecked havoc on our garden plot. We tried to go over there this weekend but we only got a little bit of work and harvesting done. The ground it still so wet that in certain areas of our plot, your feet would really start to sink down into the mud. Several of our tomato plants toppled over. It was kind of sad to see everyone else’s garden plots in such disarray too. Unfortunately, with all the rain, the weeds have gone out of control. Ugh! Is the riverwalk by your back to normal or is it still flooded?

So glad to see you back and find out what you’ve been cooking! I am not a huge fan of Thai food, but my faves are always homemade versions. Everything you made looks fantastic. And what beautiful tomatoes!

Well, I think YOU rock, too! Thank you 🙂

When I went to Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob a few weeks ago, I totally thought of you. Isn’t it funny how us bloggers have virtual relationships that seep into real life?
